Varsity Hockey finished there regular season with a 4-2 win over Walled Lake Central on Feb. 22, 2014.

The team will now enter the play off period of their season where the loser is sent home and has their season ended.

“This is by far the most exciting portion of the season, we have all looked forward to this since the beginning of the year,” junior Ian Lustila said.

Scoring players against Walled Lake Central include only seniors and they are as follows; Shawn Rewold, Brandon Ballard, Nathan Hilton, and Captain Hayden Richardson.

“We realize that it only gets harder once you make the play offs but we are not worried about our playoff schedule, we will just play like we have all season,” junior Josh Niederhauser said.

Going to playoffs after a win brings momentum, and the team looks forward to their next opponent Bloomfield Hills on Feb. 25 at the Onyx.
